Work Order

Every order that is filled by Info Screen Printing requires a Purchase Order (PO) before work can begin on the job. The PO is a document from you, the customer, giving us ALL the information we need to print the job correctly. It can be anything from a hand written piece of paper to a form generated by your office software. You can submit a PO in person, via e-mail or fax submission. No matter how you generate it or how you deliver it, it must always have the same information.  We will no longer accept inadequate PO’s.  We will first call and let you know that your PO has missing information and we'll try filling in the blanks with you over the phone.  If your PO's are continually submitted with missing information, then we will fax the PO back to your attention to be corrected.  Screen printing is extremely detailed oriented.  In order for us to minimize mistakes and time spent gathering details, we need all of the below information on every PO.

  1. The PO number
  2. Your Company name
  3. Your Company address
  4. Your contact name
  5. Phone numbers and email address
  6. Shipping address
  7. Ship date (the day it needs to leave here to reach you or your customer on time)
  8. In-hands date (the day you or your customer needs the shirts)
  9. Shipping method (UPS, FEDEX, ground, overnight or customer pick up)
  10. Shipper number (UPS, FEDEX account number)
  11. How and when will we get the art (uploaded to site, e-mailed or delivered)
  12. Where the garments are ordered from, and when they will be here
  13. If garments are ordered from McCreary’s Tees, when they will be ready for pick up
  14. Brand, style, quantity, color and size breakdown of garments
  15. How many print locations per garment

For each print location we need the following information:

  1. The location on garment we are printing.
  2. The dimensions of the design.
  3. the PMS colors we are printing.
  4. quantity and size breakdown of the shirts getting that specific print.

If you don’t know all of this information, we won't be able to properly complete your order.

SIZING AND LOCATION

If you don’t know what size to make the print, ask your customer.  We will not accept “standard left chest size” or "full front".  We need to know the exact size you want the print.  If you don’t want to ask your customer because it is too much work, then you decide and let us know. We will not decide for you.  We have made a list of common sizes available on the next post and on our website.

INK COLORS

Blue is not a specific color.  There are 50 different shades of blue on the pantone chart.  We need exact colors, navy and royal are not acceptable either.  If your customer doesn't give you the PMS colors for their design, help them figure the colors out using a PMS book. If the art is too complicated please e-mail it to either henry@infoscreenprinting.net or egibby@infoscreenprinting.net for a quote before you send in the PO.

MULTIPLE DESIGNS

We need separate PO's for items getting different designs. Example: If you have a job that has shorts, hoodies and t-shirts and they all get the same print, the shorts will undoubtedly get a smaller version of the artwork, so put them on a separate PO.  This will be a completely different set up, since the art is smaller.

Thanks for the work

Eric Gibby

What size screens do y'all print with?

December 31, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJohn

We use standard auto screens (23X36) However, our maximum print size has more to do with the size of the boards and not the screens. Our max print size is 17X19.
