Our Story
Info Screen Printing is a contract printing facility completely focused on the needs of the ad specialty industry. We do not sell promotional products and we do not sell to the general public. We are a business to business wholesale screen printer.
As industry standards go, we are a medium sized printing facility. We're not too large for your small orders and not too small for your large orders. We print jobs of all quantities, from 1 shirt on up. Our average print job is under 100 shirts and our biggest to date is 137,000 prints.
Over the years we have found most distributors have a need for speed. Someone will undoubtedly forget to place an order in a timely manner. The systems we have in place have helped us in decreasing lead times and increasing production capabilities. We are fast and flexible and can, in almost all cases, meet your deadline. In fact, with all the correct elements in place, some production times are just a few hours.
We are located in Tempe, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix. Our location is perfect for your west coast production needs. We are a 2 day ground ship to most of California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and parts of Colorado. We have been screen printing for 16 years (as of 2009) with more than half of that time dedicated to contract printing.

ORDERS
All order info is entered into the web site. This is a chance for the customer and ourselves to review all order information on the purchase order to ensure the order gets started with all the correct information.
TRACK PRODUCTION
On our website, you will see the progress of your order from garment check in to art approval to printing and then shipment tracking.
VIEW PDF PROOF
Our pdf proof is designed as if it came from your company, not ours. It has your logo and PO info on it. To make things a lot easier it can be e-mailed directly from our server with complete confidentiality.
VIEW ORDER HISTORY
We keep a running history of your orders on the site. If needed we have a 1 button re-order function.
PDF PROOF HISTORY
All archived orders include a pdf proof.
SCANNED PRINT HISTORY
All archived orders also include an actual scanned image of the print.
PRODUCT CHECK IN
If there are any discrepancies in product counts, you will be notified by phone, fax, e-mail or text message.
TRACKING
Orders that are drop-shipped from our location will have tracking numbers on-line for your viewing. These numbers can also be sent to you via e-mail.
